While all DotGov’s Digifrank communications are developed custom for each client, below are some examples to help you determine the type of communication you’d like to pursue. Once you have an idea of your type of communication, you can use our simple budget estimate tool to receive a free custom quote for your project.

If you are sending a survey, keep in mind that in addition to a free, custom electronic survey, our DigiFrank process allows you to have returned constituent surveys automatically imported into your CRM.  We use OCR technology to scan all incoming survey postcards and import your constituent data directly to your CRM (e.g. IQ4). This new process saves many hours of staff time and ensures you have your constituents’ feedback and opt-ins in your system as quickly as possible.
